"AIR REPAIR" high-pressure atomising systems have been designed for internal and external use in rugged, tough conditions where a strong reliable maintenance free system is required. 

The system designed around a hydraulic pressure pump operating at approximately 800 p.s.i. to atomise "AIR REPAIR" odour neutralisers. "AIR REPAIR" is pressured through high quality very fine stainless steel nozzles, to give the optimum atomisation (note the finer the atomisation the more efficient the cooling and odour neutralisation). 

For ideal coverage, nozzles are spaced at 2.0 metre centres, fitted by a special adapter to the high-pressure nylon hose. The length of the system and the number of nozzles is determined by the pump size.

The standard system would have an 11 litre per minute pump rated at 1000 p.s.i. allowing up to 80 nozzles or 200 metres of hose, plus the feeder hose that should always be of larger bore size then the main pressure line. Larger pumps are available depending on the project requirements, or two pumps operating from the one control module, where lines can be run side by side to give a greater coverage of the area.

The high-pressure pump is operated through a central control panel giving complete flexibility of spray ON / OFF times, plus a 24 hour timer for starting and stopping the system. 

The system comes complete with filters, automatic dilution system and a number of safety mechanisms to ensure system longevity.
